The team at WAH treated our dog like she was family. Dr. Pinault and her team were patient with us (important since I was in quite a state of anxiety) and explained many things that we didn't understand, offering knowledgeable recommendations about treatment plans. She answered questions and made us feel at ease. The facility is lovely and state of the art, so I know my dog is getting premium care in a clean, safe environment.
