My best friend A (he's also a rescued English Setter type) needed some surgery to remove a couple of benign lumps and we were fortunate to have Dr. Wilkerson handle the procedure. The whole experience was gratifying starting with the welcoming desk staff and Tyler the very professional assistant. The check out was handled with compassionate understanding and we are very satisfied.
I was very pleased with the actual care, and service for Junior. His beak looks good, and he is able to eat much better now. However, I was very disappointed with my billing, and payment part of the experience. I was given a quote of between $209-$217, to perform the beak trim, and blood work for Junior. I was therefore very unhappy to see a new billing for me of $419.30 when I arrived to pick him up. I had been told by a vet tech after Junior's initial exam that there was no charge for that visit, since I agreed to bring Junior in for the beak trim procedure, and blood work the following week, and that my total bill would be $217. I still don't know how you came up with $419.30, but I wouldn't have had the blood work done if I had known I was going to be charged for the initial office visit. I ended up paying $316.65, which is $100 more than I had originally agreed on...I really like the quality of your vet services for Junior, but you need to do something to get everybody on the same page, doctors, vet techs, front desk, and customer, with the billing, and operational payment quotes for services. "Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy".

I take my dog to see Kate and Briana about every 3 weeks for preventative PT. I love them! They are so good with my dog (who can be difficult). They always take the time to answer all my questions and even help out with setting appointments and asking questions of the vets if they don't know something right away. The expense is worth it for the loving care my dog receives.
