Service was excellent! Very thorough, with any and all options related to the dental work I realized I needed, explained to me plainly.
I was offered accommodations with regards to the transfer of data collected during my visit, considering I was from out-of-town.
Dr. Lai and his assistant (Samantha) were professional and very courteous. There were certain personal issues I needed to address during the visit, which were wholely understood and accommodated without question.
The atmosphere of the office, the comfort of the facility and the combination of technology used and hands-on approach by Dr. Lai and his assistant made for an extremely satisfying visit.
Being a frequent visitor to Edmonton, I'm looking forward to having Windermere Dental complete the dental work I require.
