The job was done, but my husband who was here at the house was a little disappointed. We're seniors, and we had hoped that when the light fixture was cleaned, that the worker would install a new light bulb for us. It actually went out last year when you all came. We don't know why .. but it did. You're the only folks who we hire with ladders that would work for the task. At $15 per fan/light, we really thought that wasn't too much to ask.
To be honest, the work just doesn't seem to be the same quality as it was two plus years ago. Is there new management or ownership? Might want to work on customer service skills ... you probably lost this customer.
