Winged Disc Technologies, LLC is a provider of business solutions and information technology services and products based in Dallas, Texas and serving a wide variety of SMBE (small to medium business entities), not for profit organizations, and governmental/educational entities throughout the DFW Metroplex, as well as other locations in Texas and other parts of the United States.

The Firm was formed in 2003 as a spin off from the CPA firm of Haiden W. Turner & Associates and, accordingly, has a solid background of knowledge and experience in accounting and taxation. Initially, the Firm was comprised of only its founder and was intended to specialize solely in the practice of accounting software (primarily QuickBooks(R)) consulting, implementation, support, and training. Very quickly it became apparent that the Firm's target market and typical clients desperately needed help in areas ancillary to their use of the accounting software; primarily with their computer systems and networks. To meet this need Mr. Turner enhanced his information technology expertise, passed the testing required to be designated as a Microsoft(R) Certified Professional, and earned the Microsoft(R) designation of Small Business Specialist.

Mr. Turner became a QuickBooks ProAdvisor when Intuit, the maker of QuickBooks(R), started that program in 1997 and has passed the Intuit(R) exams to be designated as a Certified QuickBooks(R) ProAdvisor every year since testing was implemented in 1999. In 2006 Intuit(R) started a program to develop a channel of value-added-resellers to support its efforts to market the Enterprise Solutions version of the QuickBooks(R) product line, and Winged Disc Technologies was selected to be one of the eighty firms nationwide picked to be charter members the pilot QuickBooks(R) Enterprise Solutions Provider ("QBESP') Program. The participation in this program has led to expansion of the Firm's staff and capabilities.

Today Winged Disc is an member of the Intuit(R) Solution Provider program (formerly known as the QBESP) and offers a wide variety of QuickBooks(R) centric products and services. We have multiple QuickBooks(R) Certified ProAdvisors and Microsoft(R) Certified Professionals on staff delivering a unique blend of advanced accounting experience, database development/integration expertise, and general IT knowledge.
