I highly recommend Winking Bee! The staff is always courteous, friendly and helpful! The selection of frames is sometimes overwhelming but the staff was very helpful in helping me to select my frames. I've gotten many compliments! The best part is that I can see so much better!

Doctor was great and staff was attentive and timely. However, the optician (bald guy with glasses) was REALLY pushy. I was not interested in getting new frames (just replace my lenses). But he continued to have me try on frames and told me I should make a decision quick because they were going to get busy with end-of-the-year orders. He also showed me a lot of expensive frames, when I clearly wanted to stay within the VSP insurance budget. He really downgraded my experience as a new patient.

Overall, a good experience on a yearly basis if you need an exam and just overall eye health check-up. The front desk team is friendly and takes care of the administrative aspects quickly along with the team that does the pre-exam testing. However, I'd suggest to the opticians to engage with customers who are waiting or at least check-in with them to ensure that they have been helped or need help. Waited around for an optician wanting to try on glasses but none were available and nowhere to be found as they were all in the backroom with one helping someone else already and unclear if all were busy or not. There were 3 that day. They need to station the opticians who are at least not busy in the lobby area to ensure seemless customer service or at least give the customer the ability to look at the frames since most are still blocked off to the customer. As I waited 30+ minutes, I didn't get a chance to try on any glasses nor did I purchase any.
