Some of the practioners are more physiological than allopathic in philosophy, which I appreciate. However, at times, I feel like the practice is based on a volume model meaning they try to get you in/out fast, they make alot of assumptions about payment, lab work and processes. They are, very much, a practice that must see mostly insurance based patients. If you're looking for a holistic type medical practice, I'm not sure they fit your needs. Office staff never seems to be well trained whether in Lakeline or Westlake. Lots of uncertainty in internal processes by staff. As with most doctor's offices, stronger management is needed here to help train individuals and provide them with the ability to serve their client base AKA, the patient. All in all, they know what they're doing. No qualms about their knowledge or bedside manner. Probably a decent place to go if you just want run of the mill type care. :) Very proficient PA's.
