Dr./office follow up is terrible for patients, pharmacy and imaging offices. Results rarely posted on patient portal. Administration mistakes on patient information happens frequently. Office systems and processes are very poor and make it very difficult to get resolutions to medical issues. Will be moving my medical care to a different Dr. Just too many mistakes happening, which is scary being in the medical/health industry.

Getting in touch with the office is difficult. Everything is done through the portal and the return time can be lacking. I moved from the Lakeline branch to River Place and doctor is much better. I’m looking for an office that is not so busy and the doctors have time to listen to their patients. Wiseman used to be that way but not anymore.

I am disappointed and frustrated that your CP Clinic will not allow sick people in your office, but only offer Televisit appointments to people who have symptoms. I do not feel that a Televisit appointment is always adequate in diagnosing someone who has symptoms. Other clinics are open to see sick people and only require a mask. If a sick person is not allowed to go into a clinic to be treated, what is the point of the clinic? There are many things I like about your clinic and do not want to be forced to find another health provider.

I have been going to this clinic for 7 years and seen several people there for various

ailments. They have been so attentive to me and took the right blood tests to determine what was going on with me each time. I would highly recommend Wiseman Family Practice for you individually or your family. When you need blood drawn you can conveniently go right upstairs to have that taken care of. I've also had tele-appointments as well, even when I was on vacation in Colorado to get my test results! Love this practice!
