I've been doing business with Woodard's since the early 90's. It's the consistent professionalism and courtesy that keeps me coming back. From office personnel to shop technicians, everyone always seem to have the customer's interest at hand. I'm always informed of diagnosis, required repair and cost to the penny. There are no surprises. No one likes auto repairs, but with all the bells and whistle that these autos have today, it's expected. I'm just glad that Jeff and his team have been dedicated to the Florence community these past years and hope they will continue to provide the excellent service that has built their reputation with us.
