The exam was great. The experience dealing with the girl who appeared inconvenienced and miserable helping us “choose” glasses afterwards was horrible. She would point from her desk, offered little to no alternatives, appeared to have made a facial expression or comment behind our backs to another associate based on the other associates facial expression. Had we not needed to get my daughter glasses asap I would have taken my business elsewhere and never returned. It was not closing time, so I’m not sure what we did to inconvenience her, but if the experience picking up the glasses is anything like it was picking them out, we will never be returning. There are way too many options to be treated like you’re an inconvenience instead of a valued customer. Unfortunate as we have had a good experience at our previous exam.
