When I brought my car in between 10 and 10:30, I was told the work would take about 3 hours. I had a friend pick me up, and since we were passing by, I checked in about 3 hours later to ask about progress. My car had not even been looked at yet! I had some conversations with different people about prices for the work, but in the end, when I went to pick up my car later in the evening , the charges were more than what I had been told. I was so tired at that point I didn't even want to discuss it. I do have medical problems that cause extreme fatigue. I did not think it necessary to share this information because I didn't expect to have to pick up my car that late when I dropped it off. The only "surprise" was a burned out headlight which I was told did not take that long to fix. I feel that the information I was given about pricing was not shared or recorded anywhere and was based on whoever was doing my paperwork in the end. I have been using Woodbury Autocare for about 9 years and expected better from them.
