Very patient staff and vet. Didn't make me feel rushed. A little wait time, especially to get into a room which is tough with an upset cat, but understandable. Good experience overall.

We had an emergency with our dog. Woodcrest schedule a meeting within the hour. They examined him and reported back for treatment. The staff was very helpful.

Staff is considerate and friendly. Prices are still a little high. I was able to get my pet in the next morning, which no one else in Riverside County could do.

I truly do like the convenience of the location.

Woodcrest Veterinary Clinic has restored my hope in vets who actually care about animals and make room to see a suffering dog in a day or two. My now previous vet and many others I called got a big sorry and go to emergency vet(not even after hours or the weekend). Been there, done that-more like a bandaid, not a long term solution, not to mention cost. From the receptionist who squeezed me in the very next day to the loving techs to the knowledgeable doctor, I am very impressed and will continue to bring my dog here. Her outlook isn’t great but we received a clear, timely diagnosis, options to consider, and a plan of care which is working at the moment. High praise and thanks!
