My time started off beautifully with Naida, a massage and quiet time.
The gal was very sweet but was not detail when in came to giving a mani/pedi. I had to remind her twice about stages she missed either on a toe or an entire foot, she "cleaned" off polish around my cuticle with her own nail and wiping it onto a towel verses using an orange stick or other more sanitary tool.
From there I attempted to blow dry my hair and circuit breaker kept blowing. (one other lady using hair dryer) After it had been reset a couple times, I finally gave up and ended up leaving with wet hair.....not how I envisioned leaving after a day at the spa.
Lastly, when I scheduled services my massage was $25 less. (price jumped considerably) After talking with 3 different attendants who didn't appear trained in customer service, I spoke with manager who honored price as when I booked appointment.
Customer service is what sets business's a part.....people over profit. I definitely didn't feel Woodhouse made this a priority.
