I have been to Wioodhouse many times and have always enjoyed it. I have never minded paying top price if the service was good. My last visit was a different story. Although I booked a multi step service, what was provided was different then listed online and in the brochure. When I asked at the desk why the service was different than what I booked, I was told Wr changed it, we should probably change the wording. She wasn't rude at all, she was just indifferent. I am not one to ask for a manager so I paid full price and was offered no further explanation. I am disapointed because as I previously stated, I have always liked it there and have recommended Wiodhouse on multiple occasions. I just think you should receive what is stated on the website and brochure description. I will return but I will verify the steps /description of all procedure first.
