Excellent couples massage. Second time coming here, it was much busier than our previous trip. One of the women’s saunas was out of order which was disappointing, but a great afternoon none the less.

I have been to this particular Woodhouse Spa numerous times and my last visit was somewhat disappointing. I had scheduled back to back facial and massage. When I arrived, somehow my appointment was incorrect I. The system. I was told that I couldn’t have both so I chose an 80minute facial, but had to wait an hour because the person wasn’t there. Then I only received a 50min one. Even though I was apologized to I would have thought a manager would have offered something, like a discount or a massage since I wasn’t able to have one.
