As always, Shannon and Vee provided extraordinary service. Going during my lunchtime is perfect for me. I always return to work refreshed, happy, relaxed and with high recommendations to book apppointments with Shannon and Vee.

So far, I've had about three coworkers book Woodhouse appointments and enjoy it. One of my male coworkers has begun taking his wife, as well.

Having high experience, quality service and joyful personalities in people like Shannon, Vee, Kay and Meghan are what keep professionals like me returning.

I really appreciate the effort by the doctor and I understand that the first appointment screening was delayed due to extenuating circumstances. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the screening room; when we first entered (I with a young, not fully immunized pup) the examination table was just used. The tech was very apologetic to the room's recent disarray and promptly cleaned it. What makes me not desire to have Dr. Youssef as my pet's primary care is the ability of the staff (other than the doc) to address common-place questions (i.e. what are the disadvantages to double dosing vaccinations?) I understand that I can google these concerns, but I would have figured the techs and support staff would be schooled/experienced enough to answer these questions without looking bewildered and surprised by a truly simple question. I am quick to understand that everybody has the occasional bad/busy days with a chaotic atmosphere but I cannot possibly compromise my pet's health based off that from the start.
