I have to give a mixed review. I had booked three appointments for mani-pedis. When we got there we were informed that two nail techs had called off and if we wanted three mani-pedis they would have to be one after the other. We decided one person would not keep the appointment, but that still meant we had to stay longer than we intended to. I decided to let my daughter have the first mani-pedi and I would get a facial while she did. I kind of expected since they had not notified us ( they had been calling an old number despite the fact I gave them my current number when I made the appointment) that they would give me a discount on the facial, but they did not offer anything. We were shown upstairs and treated royally as I am used to at Woodhouse. After our services we compared notes and both agreed that although we had gotten the least expensive Tula for the mani-pedis, it was not a good job. The service was perfunctory at the best. No lotion to speak of no massages at all in my case of leg or foot, hand or arm, several of my nails chipped by the evening and on several of them the polish starts pretty far above the cuticle so it looks like the nail has grown out already. The facial, on the other hand was marvelous and worth every penny even if I did think I should have gotten it either gratis or greatly reduced. I have heard that the company is growing and expanding. Beware of who you hire in the expansion. They should obviously be skilled, but they should also obviously be reliable and not leave customers in the lurch by not showing up for work as planned.
