My daughter whom is in medical school got a $100 Gift Certificate for a massage from her supervisor. She was so excited to go after her first set of exams. It was truly the biggest disappointment. She got there a few mins before her appointment. They didn't take her back until 15 mins AFTER her scheduled appointment, and then barely massaged her arms and legs. It was over after 35 minutes. Her appointment was for a 1 hour massage. She and I both called to let them know and the "manager" said they would make it up to her so they sent her a $50 Gift Certificate that won't even cover the cost of another massage. She gave it to a friend and we won't be returning.

Have a hard time getting an appointment! They only have two people providing massages. They stay booked. It took me 2 months to get in.

There’s other places in Lexington that offer good services as well. I am trying to use my gift cards up. Also they don’t give refunds even if they can’t get you in.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I went in for a gift card and had issues with headaches. I left with the most amazing products to help with my migraines. The staff are always so knowledgeable. I can’t say enough nice things!
