Therapists are okay. Paying a lot for nothing special. The owner is a Hugh problem and doesn't treat his employees with respect.

Very disappointed. After a year of being in COVID lock-down my wife completed her full vaccine regimen and went for what should have been a quiet relaxing massage. Her masseuse kept yapping / complaining about HER OWN problems the whole time. On top of that, halfway though the message she revealed that she had NO intention of getting her second COVID vaccine shot. In forgivable. ( By not being fully vaccinated the masseuse is not fully protected from the original strain and even less from the emerging variants and could be a vector for transmission to her customers and the community at large). As a result my wife came home more stressed than before, took a shower and several days later went for another COVID test, Make sure you ask the front desk if ALL there staff are FULLY vaccinated, then follow up with your person giving the massage.

Spa experience was amazing and I would definitely go back! I would however coach your front desk team to not question a guests tipping amounts.

The massage was amazing. Olivia was fantastic and is great at deep tissue. She was also very accommodating and made me feel comfortable with regard to my hyperhydrosis. I also loved having the relaxation room to myself.

What a wonderful way to spend a day with my sister, who I just met 6 months ago. This was my first ever experience at a day spa, where I felt very comfortable. The staff was very kind. The atmosphere was tranquil and the spa itself was very inviting.

I would like to visit again with my sister because I believe this will always be our special sister place.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Facilities are clean but I was expecting my pedicure to be way different than a normal pedicure at a nail salon. For triple the price, I wouldn’t do it again. Limited color selection but overall still a decent job done!
