The doctor and tech were phenomenal as usual, but the girl at the front desk (where Rosie used to sit) was very rude to my husband when he called to let her know I had car trouble and would be a few minutes late. She had no empathy whatsoever and he was very displeased with her response. If we didn't already love you guys (i.e. if that was our first visit), it's possible we wouldn't return. She needs major work in the art of relating to patients and customer service! (I know it will be impossible to find another Rosie, but she's isn't even in the ball park!). Everyone else in the office that we've worked with is wonderful, but if the "front line" person is difficult to work with, that reflects poorly on the rest of the staff as well (as it taints the entire experience).
