Though my haircut was very good this is the second time in a row that they have been way behind in their appointment scheduling. I received a call while I was driving. On my way to get my haircut that the girl was running at least an entire appointment behind. This ended up affecting my entire days plans. They did get me in to get shampooed but by the time the girl was ready to cut my hair it was all dry and I had been sitting there half an hour. My complaint is not with the person to cut my hair. My complaint is that this is a relatively new girl and they scheduled her with 15 minute appointments.
