My appointment was at 1 pm on a workday. By 1:30 pm, my cleaning still had not begun. So I left. No one there asked why or tried to call me later. This is not the first time I’ve been kept waiting and I’ve also had issues with getting scheduled on a day when the office is closed. The dental care is standard and the customer service sucks. I’ll probably seek out a new dentist.

I went in for a routine cleaning and I asked them to check my loose cap that your group install earlier this year. It was indeed loose and needed to be removed, meaning a routine visit turned into 2.5 hrs. Felt like it should have been a bit faster than that. The temp tooth seems a bit crooked, hopefully the perm tooth will be installed correctly.

Disappointed that prior work has to be undone and completed again.

On behalf of my 98 yo mother; the dentist and all the staff at Woodlake were wonderful. My mother being 98 yo,'s moves a little slower than when she was younger. She came into the office for a cleaning and to evaluate a possible problem with one of her teeth. The dentist and staff took the time to make her comfortable and listen to her about what tooth was bothering her. The dentist than explained everything to both of us.
