Great vet office - everybody is always extremely friendly. One complaint - i'm not going to go home, take a sample of my dog's stool, then bring it back in. That's why I pay you guys the testing fee. So, I wasted my money.

All staff are friendly and really caring. They treat your pet with love and attention always using the pets name which helps them feel more comfortable. I have been coming here almost a year and will never take my pet anywhere else.

I was in for a pedicure, which was wonderful, and I always enjoy Tesha. I had a scheduled appointment. However, due to an unforeseen issue with a previous client, this pushed my appointment out by 40 minutes. I understand things happen; however, it was not explained to me that there would be a significant delay so that I could choose to wait, or reschedule. Also, after such a lengthy wait, with no explanation until after the fact, there was no discount offered, which would have been very appropriate given the circumstances. As it was, I had been ready to walk out as I was feeling rather irate at such a long wait for a scheduled appointment with no explanation. Once again, ultimately my pedicure was great. I only mention this as I think that when an appointment is going to be delayed by more than 10 minutes, an explanation as to why there is going to be a significant delay is always appreciated.
