I could not get into my normal hygienist who I really like. So I had teeth cleaned by someone I had not seen before. I have to say the experience was different. If that had been my first time at Woodlane - not sure I would come back. This hygienist (maybe she was new) really went quickly through a cleaning, didn’t ask me what flavor paste I wanted, didn’t floss my teeth, didn’t ask if I wanted a toothbrush or floss - I suppose I could have asked her but I guess I assumed there was a common set of procedures to cleaning. She did ask me one question - that was to explain how I take care of my teeth daily. She asked if I had any questions - which I responded by asking what she meant by indicating there was some recession. . I asked what teeth she was talking about and how that happens.

Anyway - I could have been more proactive and wasn’t.

Woodlane Family and Cosmetic Dentistry makes going to the dentist a very pleasant experience. From the friendly reception to the kind and fun hygienist. Both dentists are very personable and always remember me. In general, I'm very pleased with them.
