I appreciate you were able to fit I my dog for an exam with very short notice and could provide a heart worm test with nearly immediate results, but am frustrated you require prescription delivery to chewy.com via USPS only.

We’ve taken our dog here before and had a positive experience, but not the case this time.

For some reason the vet did the examination in a different room so there was no opportunity to talk to them until after the fact. Despite giving detailed answers to the tech when checking in, I got virtually no feedback on the specific symptoms just that my description was too general. Then I got low key lectured that he’s behind on his vaccines. When I asked for a specific plan for proceeding with the vaccines, I was told the computer was not working and the tech would go over it with me. Instead I was told he needs his teeth (~$600) and ears (~$100) cleaned and no list of what he’s behind on or what’s next. I was promised a follow up email detailing the vaccinations and estimated cost, but haven’t received it yet.

The jury’s out on this clinic, but considering I got no answers for the actual reason I went in and asked to come back to give them more money for services they haven’t itemized apart from $700 worth of cleanings, I’m less than thrilled.

I enjoy coming to this veterinary hospital. My Isabel is well taken care of! We walked in yesterday for nail clipping service and izzy was able to be seen. I really appreciate the Woodminster clinic staff!
