I was happy to get in the day of and service was good, but they did a bad job of letting me know what was going on. I was in the empty room for 30-45mins after being told the doctor would be right in. Otherwise everything seemed fine.

Charged twice for dewormer had I not checked my receipt it would have gone unnoticed. Before I left I asked if we were done they said yes. When I returned home my wife told me they forgot to give me the dewormer so I had to drive back to get it.

Brought my dog in for ear infection. Dr never came into room to discuss anything with me they did blood work and X-rays and 3 days later Dr called with results. 2 months later took to emergency vet and found out she is diabetic and going blind.
Dr at Woodminster never said anything about high glucose or possibility of diabetis

In my experience the team has been mostly kind, authentic, patient and empathetic even in busy moments. I appreciate it because it makes you feel like your pup will be taken care of.
When I’ve called and needed an appointment fast because my doggie was injured they made some available which is not always the case with other vets. I like their follow up & check ins after procedures.
