I was called by your staff on Tuesday, the day before my appointment, to be informed that your vets would not be able to operate or perform a dental X-ray on my dog’s cracked tooth (one of her upper back right molars). I really appreciate the call and being told that, and hence was advised to cancel the appointment, since your facilities would not be able to operate on that tooth.

However, when I called on Monday to make the appointment, I specifically stated that my dog’s injured tooth was an upper back right molar, and the staff member who made my appointment and took my deposit did not inform me that that kind of tooth could be inoperable with your facilities and that I would have to go elsewhere to get dental x-rays/extraction services. Due to being misled, I sent an email last week containing this exact information, asking to kindly request a refund of my $25 appointment deposit. Not a word heard back from staff. It was very unfair that I wasn’t advised initially that a dog’s back molars might not be operable at your facilities, as the entire goal of the appointment was to prepare to operate on the injured upper rear molar tooth. Had I been aware that this might not be possible at your facilities, I would’ve emailed the photo that I had of the tooth prior to scheduling the appointment, to ensure that the tooth was one that you could operate on. However, I was lead to believe that any tooth was operable, paid my deposit, and then was told the next day that it wasn’t operable at your facilities and that I’d have to go elsewhere.
