The amazing Janice helped me via email to set up an appointment and complete paperwork. I then had the pleasure of being checked in by Jeremy at the appointment yesterday. And of course the Doctor was just thee best! I had brief interactions with several other staff members and everyone was so nice and helpful. Even the other patients and pet owners I met were great! This was my first visit to Woodminster after trying for a couple of months to find a new vet since it was time to find better care for my 15 year old cat. The pricing is the same as every other vet in the area. The treatment planning is the same too - The Dr. does the exam and discusses with you. You're then presented with an itemized treatment plan. My kittie is sleeping soundly right now after only being on medication for 14 hours. I am so happy I found this vet!

The office staff and the doctor were very helpful and great to talk to. They all do their best to make your furry companion feel safe and cared for. The only thing that I can complain about is sometimes the wait times can be a little long but not anything crazy.

My experience was good. The main thing was maybe being explained why we aren’t able to be with our pets. During examination it felt kind of strange just having someone take the cat Mark cats in the back.

Very thorough and compassionate. Office music is the only negative. I don't know if it plays throughout the office, but I thought it might agitate the animals.
