The wait time wa very reasonable. My only concerns were there was no weight listed on her paperwork, one of her nails was split and we found a tick on her stomach on the ride home. This makes me concerned on how thorough the visit was since it was extremely quick and a tick was missed in an obvious place. Also, the cost of an annual visit was more than I expected. I would have liked a more detailed quote on the phone or a message before the price went up from what I was told when I made the appointment.

I can’t believe the commitment and thoroughness of your staff and they do it all with a friendly and gentle touch. You are amazing “crazy” dog people. I love my dog and I leave there feeling like you all love my dog as much as I do. God bless all of you for making such a difference in these animals and there owners lives. The best doctors and staff you could ask for! Their knowledge, experience, and compassion are invaluable. We used tp travel from Mystic, Ct and they've been our vets for more than fifteen years, with both cats and dogs. I can't say enough good things, especially after one of our pups went mis-diagnosed and downhill until Dr. Serra treated him. There is no substitute for this quality of kind and professional care, With all of their staff's knowledge and love of animals -- our dog loves to go to his appointments!- and their beautiful facility, we feel extremely grateful for this practice. You will too!
