I realize with everything going on things aren’t going to be the same but everyone was great. They were very accommodating, informative, and patient. It was a very good experience over all.

As always, WRAH has taken great care of my pup. The new social distancing protocol was easy to follow, and communication over the phone was seamless. To say my dog loves her vet visits is an understatement: she gets excited as soon as we pull up and prances up to the door every time. When your pet is this excited about going to the vet, you know they're doing something right.

Great staff however I had an early appointment that turned out quite late the office told me on the phone that they would be right out to get my pet, two cars pulled in after I did my dog at that time was very anxious because of the cars pulling in people moving around etc. I made the early appointment and hopes to be seen right away to not have to wait because my pet is not around lots of pets- yes I explained on the telephone when I scheduled the apt. . My pet was extremely afraid and barked constantly at the animals pulling in and the people walking by with the pets and had a real difficult time because of the wait. I don’t understand why two other cars showed up after me and were seen before Us? Possibly two scheduled surgeries I’m not sure the pets did not seem to be in any distress at all that showed up after we did with my anxious animal . They did say that it was a first come first serve I was the second vehicle there.

So I’m not quite sure why I waited so long. Love the place but I was disappointed because of this. I feel if they understand that your animal isn’t generally around a lot of pets that maybe it would be helpful if they took that into consideration and treated the animal as though, possibly work it out with the client so that they are aware of the exact time that the Pat is coming in so that they can make accommodations so other pets as well as mine are not upset before they go in for treatment. This is my only disappointment other than that it’s a great place!
