Horrible from start to finish. Front desk made mistakes about insurance, first saying there was coverage, then saying there wasn't, etc. hygienist was rude. One of the dentist's instruments had a hair attached to it. Only positive was the dentist. We won't be going back.

It is unfortunate of the findings that occurred with our instruments, as that has NEVER happened here before. We are extremely thorough with our sterilization and have them monitored daily and weekly with an outside service.
