Not sure if its a lack of communication or just terrible attitudes. I had called and gave a detailed description of my cars issue. I was told to drop car off. As I do I'm again asked the issues. Again I go thru the list however I'm told something completely different from the initial call. Also was treated with a condescending attitude. I will not refer or use your service again.

I understand you have choices for automotive repair and we would like to be that choice. We are genuinely concerned that every customer who brings their vehicle to Wright Automotive is satisfied with the service they have received. This applies to communication as well as any repairs performed. It is necessary to ask questions related to the vehicles performance when it is left with us to ensure that our customers concerns are addressed and diagnosed properly. Issues that may have been addressed on the phone could very well have changed by the time the vehicle arrives. Therefor communication is vital. We only want to minimize un-needed repair and expense when performing any diagnosis of a vehicle. Hopefully since we did not work on your vehicle you did find someone who could meet your needs. I didn't care for the smell of cigarette smoke when I entered my vehicle. As a non-smoker I am very sensitive to the smell.

The service is always excellent and the staff members are courteous.
