I love going to Wycliff Veterinary. They are great with my dogs and always happy to see them, even if they're being obnoxious.
I'm very impressed with the staff. They are very hands on and in tune to your dog's needs. The facility is nice but will be great when the outdoor pen is added. Again, I think the staff is great and care that your dog has a good experience.
Monday was my first experience using any doggy day care for my pup. He’s been to the local dog parks a few times to play but noting for more than an hour or so. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and I could instantly tell that the staff was very happy to be there and loved what they did. Their care with how they introduced my dog to the other dogs in the pack was far more than I expected. I had no reservations leaving my dog there to play all afternoon. I could tell he had a really good time becuse he was exhausted from the moment we walked in at home. I really appreciate the late hours. I go to school and spend more than 12 hours away from home on Mondays which is not fair to my dog to be kenneled that long. I will be letting him play his little heart out at 4Paws every monday.
Wycliff veterinary Clinic provided excellent care,for my dog doctor McCallum and his staff were great.I will alway bring my pet back.Thanks for everything you did for Otis,he fills great and is getting his energy back.
Charlie received booster shots and the Dr checked out his leg because he’s been limping, he was prescribed medication and is improving. Charlie LOVES coming there, he’s always been treated so well! We wouldn’t take him anywhere else!
I think the salon staff could use some help.
Took me over a week of calling different times during the day and attempting to set up an appointment via email before I was finally able to speak to a person to set up an appointment.
They did get me in quickly ( within 2 days) once I finally spoke to someone.
Salon was set up really cute and trendy, and my stylist was very kind and sweet.
However I did leave with a very chopped bad cut. That it was obvious I was not happy with, but just tried to leave before I burst into tears in the salon.
And had to spend an additional $50 to get it fixed elsewhere.
Then one week after the cut finally got a response email to my attempts at setting up an appointment time for a time and date that I did not select. And the email notifying me of " setting up" the appointment was sent to me 2 hours after the time they selected .
Over all super disappointed.
