Ina has a great chair-side manner -- welcoming and forthcoming with relevant comments about my teeth and their care, but never asking questions when there are instruments in my mouth. When I had a question about dental x-rays, she explained that the office uses digital equipment that delivers only 1/8 of the radiation of most x-rays. Good to know.
