I had called the day before David's appointment and requested you send me the bill for his glasses as I wouldn't be able to be there for his appointment. The receptionist said that would be fine. However, when David got his new glasses he was told he would have to pay and a bill couldn't be sent. So frustrating!!!
Wyovision Associates replied:
We apologize for this misunderstanding! It sounds like there was a miscommunication between our staff members. Normally we do ask for payment at time of service; however we do make exceptions when needed. This case is a situation where we would have definitely been willing to send the bill to you. Please accept our apologies and know we will address this situation as a team in hopes of preventing it from happening in the future. Thank you for your feedback. The entire staff was very accommodating to my hearing loss needs as well as my vision needs! They were all exceptionally kind and professional. They gave me a very thorough eye exam. Their fees were very reasonable and it was amazing that my new glasses were ready in 20 minutes! I would highly recommend this business.
