Lance is a very nice man and I appreciated his kindness. I brought two photographs of the haircut that I desired. I told him that I had grown out my hair for a year since one that was too short and not the shape I wanted. I also told Lance that I did not like product on my hair. He put THREE types of product on my hair. The photographs that I brought in and the haircut I ended up with are completely different. I now have bangs and my haircut is not at all what I requested. I find that, when a stylist uses product, it covers up a less than desirable haircut. The salon is lovely and I appreciate the kind service as well as the no gratuity policy. However, I won't be returning. I need to find a stylist who truly listens and responds to my requests.
