The attendant that first greeted us was clearly not have a great day. He was immediately put off that we wanted to stay in the car. Additionally, when asked about price matching for additional parts, he was very rude when explaining that the part itself was higher due to labor...that they had to "take the time to install it". Both parts were air filters that require about 1 minute each to install. I opted out of purchasing them, primarily based on principle, which seemed to be another point of contention for him. I also asked about vacuuming and if that happened at the car wash or here while getting oil changed and he explained that they don't vacuum vehicles when people are in the vehicle due to invading our personal space, or theirs. Fair enough, we can get out of the vehicle, but that's never been the case before.
Overall, this experience will definitely keep us from coming back. In the past we've dealt with a few attendants that were rough around the edges, but not outright rude. I'll take the inconvenience of driving a little further and possibly playing a little more over dealing with someone who has no business dealing with customers.
