I love YAS and have never stuck to an exercise routine like I have here. I've been going strong for over a year now! I'm a morning person and LOVE to start my mornings off with Myrna - Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays doing spin, yoga and ripped! Honestly, if it wasn't for Myrna I would have given up long ago.
I recently just found the adorable Jayne on Tuesday and Thursdays.
They both are so inspiring, patient, motivating and care about their students. They kick ASS and know what they are doing.
