My 8 year old son went in for an appointment for a sore tooth. The dentist he saw (not his normal dentist) suggested that they could fix his tooth with a filling. Neither the dentist or hygienist seemed very comfortable with a child. They didn't ask about his previous experience in terms of if he used laughing gas. was sensitive etc. Once I mentioned it neither one seemed comfortable or knowledgeable on how to use the device. During my son's filling he started crying in pain. I had to ask the dentist to stop. I asked why he was crying if he had freezing and the hygienist said it was the "shampoo". Once my son calmed down they proceeded to continue and he started crying again. It was the worst experience I have ever had, not to mention beyond traumatic for my son. My son passed out on the chair. The dentist and hygienist were not apologetic, did not explain to me what was going on and after everything was done all the dentist said to me was "he shouldn't get an infection". I have always been happy with this place, but after this experience I think I will be looking for a new dentist.
