About
The creation of Yoga Quest was inspired by the subtle ways that the practice of Hatha yoga--or the yoga of movement--affects not just the physical body, but the emotional and spiritual wellbeing of the practitioner. In our efforts to strengthen and balance the body, we in turn, sometimes without even realizing it, strengthen and balance the mind. The real magic happens when we find ourselves moving through our daily lives from a place of being calm and at ease; taking each challenge that comes our way with perspective: finding strength when we need it, finding flexibility when the situation calls for it, and feeling balanced in all our actions. This is when we have actually taken our yoga practice off the mat with us.
At Yoga Quest, we want you to experience the magic of yoga for yourselves! Our attitude is relaxed and friendly; our yoga students are like family and we feel very much a part of our local community. We offer a comfortable, clean and safe environment in which to practice yoga. Our class prices are designed to fit any budget.
Yoga Quest's schedule is designed with options in mind. We do not believe that one style fits all. From the deeply physically challenging to the slower, more introspective, we offer a variety of class styles that will fit your needs on any given day.
Our dedicated and well trained staff has at least 200 hours of Yoga Alliance teacher training or is currently enrolled in training. They have the ability to lead a group of people through a yoga practice together while at the same time allowing each individual to express their own practice uniquely on the mat. All of the staff at Yoga Quest believe in the power of the individual to make positive and healthy choices in their lives and our goal is to support you in that process. Please allow us to share with you the power of yoga. Build strength, balance and flexibility both on your yoga mat and in your daily lives.
