We offer a wide variety of daily yoga classes, weekly events, retreats, and internationally recognized yoga teacher training programs. We provide wellness services, including acupuncture, massage, reiki and intuitive readings to support you on your journey to total health and wellbeing. I miss the very knowledgeable teachers. It seems like many instructors are out of the most recent teacher training. Sure miss Laura, Victoria, Rachel. Please add back some flow classes! They
are all gone, and not much is available in the evenings anymore either. I am wondering why I
have an unlimited membership. It isnt cost effective.

If you view the class schedule you will see that we offer flow classes on a daily basis, many of which are offered in the evenings. Our roster offers a wonderful variety of classes, styles and teachers that are very knowledgeable and highly professional. Most of the teachers who are with us have been here for many years. Our monthly membership is only $88; a price that cannot be beat elsewhere in SE Wisconsin for the variety, amenities, professionalism, cleanliness and state-of-the- art earth friendly facility.
