My dog had loss of appetite and diarrhea and Dr. Dhonoa took very good care of her, she alrady feels better today and has her appetite back . Dr. Dhonoa as well as the clinic personel are very caring people, we much appreciate them. Would highly recommend this clinic to pet parents.

The staff was friendly but the Dr was trying to sell me on things my dog did not need nor even show a sign of needing. Along with needing shots, my dog had his wellness exam and the Dr did not do a thorough exam. He did not listen to my dog’s heart or lungs nor did he check anything on my dog other than his teeth and ears. The Dr spent about 5 minutes in the room with my dog. Needless to say, after my dog did not actually get a wellness exam and the Dr trying to upsell me, we will not be back.

I’ve been a patient of B and B Optometry for many years and yet I am always blown away by their quality of service and care. Everyone in the office is friendly, kind, and takes a genuine interest in patient care. Six years ago when my mom passed away from breast cancer (a patient of their’s), our family received a hand written card from the office with kind words from every employee; to them it was probably a small gesture, but to us it meant the world! Right now, in the midst of a pandemic, they are operating their office with outstanding attention to hygiene and compliance to all CDC guidelines.
