EXCEPTIONAL, Very professional , knowledge Staff , in a very cousy clean ambient . My family and i have been with Dr Jim for many years and him and his team had always gone out of the way to help us with any problems we have .we often go for cleaning , exrays , We trust and we know we are in great hands Thank you Dr Jim and his team ! We Highly recomend them !

Due to my scheduling error I arrived one week early for my appointment. They fit me in and Iwas able to avoid another trip. I realize this service is not always possible, but appreciate the staff going the extra mile.

York and Bay staff don't provide service, they provide care. It shows in the interactions with everyone from the front desk through the hygienists to the dentists themselves. They truly care about you and your oral health.
