Jeff & Dennis go out of their way to give me an honest estimate and status updates on the work if they need to keep my car for a few days. I appreciate that they will tell me what work should be done & what can wait for another time. Since my Mercedes is more than 30 years old, new parts are not always available from Mercedes but Yorks is able to resource what I need to keep my car running great & looking beautiful. Their courtesy shuttle is also greatly appreciated. They have more than earned my loyalty from day 1.

York's staff are excellent. Jeff & Dennis in the office are thorough in their efforts to communicate and get fair prices on parts for a 50 year old car. The mechanics, led by John York, know how to maintain and repair classic Mercedes in a way that fewer and fewer are able. I really appreciate John's willingness to talk me through what needed to be done when I first got my Pagoda in '05 ... getting the critical repairs done and working toward refinements in the vehicle. My '69 280 SL blew a head gasket in '17 which turned into a big job. They worked with a top flight machine shop to make a hard to find used head fit and run like a top. I recommend York's highly!
