On January 12, 2021, My son Dillon was present for his annual cleaning. Prior to his appointment I contacted my ex wife to complete the required medical forms via online as requested by Yorktown Dental. The receptionist (salt and pepper haired woman), indicated the medical forms were not completed and had my son complete medical forms. Then on January 13, 2021, My son Dalton was present for his annual cleaning and again I contacted my ex wife to complete the forms prior to his appointment and she did via online through Yorktown Dental. Upon arrival this same receptionist again indicated that the medical forms were not completed and gave me complete new set of medical forms.I advised her that they were completed and again had my ex wife resend them via email. But to no avail. This woman was disrespectful, condescending and bitchy towards my son Dillon the day before and again to me. This happened again prior when my daughter Savannah had her appointment and again the same problem with the pre completed medical forms prepared that I prepared that another receptionist claimed we had not completed prior and I had to fill out another set of medical forms. The delay caused the receptionist to say that my daughter would have to return on another date of appointment and that I would be charged for the cancellation although I and my daughter were present. Finally, after completing a new set of medical fir a, the receptionist found the pre prepared medical forms in her email and she was allowed to go through with her allotted time. What ever happened to “the customer is always right”, and going above and beyond to be respectful and going through extra mile to help a customer/patient?. What is the purpose of having the patient prepare medical forms prior to the appointment date if the staff is unwilling to go the extra mile and try to locate those pre prepared forms that the patient had completed. And be respectful, pleasant and act in a professional manner. If they hate their clerical administrative jobs, then they should seek other employ, preferably one that doesn’t require customer service and interaction. Romeo Baloy, NYPD Detective Retired

There is nothing wrong with your service, your Dentist search is where I have a problem. In trying to find if a dentist is on your list Dental Search "Maple Hill Family Dentistry" It couldn't search, why I don't know. When I tried to use your automatic helper it or she keep sending me back to Dental Search. I still don't know if Maple Hill Family Dentistry is one of your approved dentists or not.
