This is the best auto service center I ever had. They technicians are very profesional and knowledgable. They own a culture if honesty , transparency and friendship. When I have to have my BMW X3 serviced they provided me in advance all the options and costs. During the service they used to call me to explain the progress and to inform me about other potential work needed. Rarely my car stayed more than one day at the center and the few days I had to left my BMW , they provided me with a spared car (may be that is not an easy option now I understand) . I was greatly surprised when they didn’t ask for money after they repaired my faulty beam lights or top off the fluids out of the scheduled maintenance on my BMW. Even thou the waiting room is not so big, I was glad they always offered coffee, donuts, soda, etc. In general I always received excellent service. Today I own a new 2022 BMW therefore I am missing their service and I hope they will service my car again if needed when my automatic BMW warranty expires.

I made an appointment for 8:00am on Tuesday, 5/24/22, for an oil change and brake checkup. I expected the car to be completed by mid-day. Instead I received no phone call until after 3:00pm, and the car wasn't complete until 5:45pm. This seemed like an excessive amount of time, and it seemed like my car wasn't even looked at until after noon. Why would I make an appointment for 8:00 for it not to be seen until the afternoon? I noticed that Alan was not working that day, and his communication is very good; we have never had an issue when he was taking care of us. To be clear, this is the first time we have been less than thrilled with our experience, which is why it was so unusual. We will be back, but hope that we can deal with Alan moving forward.

When your routine schedule said that it was TIME for an oil change, did your mechanic say that they’ve noticed that Covid had customers driving fewer miles for work and vacations.
