Dani has been great. Explains the process very well and tattoo removal is progressing nicely.

Something does seem off however, she is the only one there seemingly leaving the place unattended while we are in a treatment room in the back. Theoretically someone could come in off the street to an open and unsecured place of business. Not sure what he deal is, but I imagine they have it covered...maybe

Outstanding experience. The place is immaculate and comfortable. I was guided through my tattoo removal by Dani (I hope that's the right spelling) who took her time to clearly explain everything. From how it works, what to expect, cost, after care, etc. After all is said and done I was ready to go. Again, Dani could not of been any better in getting me ready for the process and then finally ready to get it done. Well 60 seconds later the 1st pass was done! I had a roughly 5" light tattoo I wanted to get removed. While you certainly feel it, if you've gotten a tattoo it's no worse and so fast you don't have time to really sweat it. I opted for the ART process so was getting 4 passes done that day. I got iced up and waited about 30 minutes for my next process. They have nice quite rooms with recliners or I just went out front to people watch. I had the good fortune to meet Chris, the owner, and we chatted for a good 25 minutes. I finished all my passes and honestly the worst part was the traffic getting home. I have to wait to see the ultimate outcome, but feel pretty good about it. Anyway, great place, great people and hopefully great results!

I went in for a consultation last night and Chris and his staff are positively wonderful people whom I am incredibly excited to work with! The office is gorgeous and really puts you at ease, and the experience from start to finish was much more pleasurable than any other office I've been to. Furthermore, the prices! I have 20 sq inches of ink to be removed and the price Chris quoted me was much less than competitors. I'm not rolling in cash, but with Zapatat I will actually be able to afford tattoo removal, shifting my perspective on the process from a nice hypothetical situation to an achievable reality.

So far, so good! I’ve been for two treatments for a tattoo on my foot. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. I noticed a difference in my tattoo after the first treatment.

Danni made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain the process to me in-depth as well as answered any questions that I had. She also did a test spot on me with the laser so that I could know what to expect before coming back in for my first treatment and it made me feel 100% better about everything. I’ve visited other shops about removing my tattoo and have decided to go with Zapatat. Are y’all on Monday!

Positive attitudes and professional, related medical knowledge were primary plusses in my recent experience when I began a multi-visit tattoo removal process. There were clearly enunciated expectations for healing stated prior to the procedures. It was evident to me that the staff were highly qualified and highly experienced. There was also a sense of encouragement and comfort from staff.

Something that could be improved is that when I was in the freeze zone of the tattoo removal room it would have been helpful to have had a (heated) blanket for my lower extremities. I was cold. Also, there could be a more pyramid or triangle-shaped pillow to place under one's head on the procedure table. Lastly, the pain associated with the procedure, although an individual interpretation, was far from the actual pain that I experienced. "Snapping rubber bands against my skin multiple times" was an understatement in my personal situation.

The equipment generate a lot of heat but need the room to be cool. I love your suggestion and will find a solution. Perhaps heated treatment platforms or electric blankets.

The wedge shaped pillow is a very good idea. Will do!

The sensation during the treatment is caused by the Ink shattering. Depending on the tattoos density, location and the individual, the sensation will be different. Most clients agree it?s like rubber band snaps but for some it?s more like a grease spatter. Pre medicating with Tylenol generally helps.

I had a great experience at Arlington Center For Dentistry. When I arrived the facility was clean, well lit and the receptionist was pleasant. There was hardly a wait and the gentleman who took my x-rays was one of the most kind people I have come into contact with at a dentist's or doctor's office in a long time. He made me feel very comfortable and the x-ray experience was effortless - he was funny and made me smile throughout the process. The dental assistant was also very concerned with my comfort and made me feel at ease. Dr. Chang was great - she was thorough and helpful and addressed my concerns right away! I did not feel like she was suggesting unnecessary procedures or rushing through my appointment. She took her time and gave me the attention that I deserve as a patient - she was very professional and warm. I came in, as a first time patient to the facility, for a general exam and cleaning and found out that I needed a filling redone and she got that done for me without hesitation. Her bedside manor was excellent and I am pretty sold on making Arlington Center For Dentistry, and especially Dr. Chang, my primary dental provider - thanks for a wonderful experience!
