Visit with Dr. Borr was great -- she was very helpful and professional in her approach. A couple of things I felt could be different:
1--The assistant who did testing did not state her name and it was on any tag that I could see. I think a professional approach is that
whoever assists introduces them self to the client, whose name and identity is already known. I thought whoever it was did a nice job,
but probably should have known to put in the dilating eye drops as part of her routine.
2-- The wait time seemed overly long from the time of testing until I saw the doctor. I had a lunch date that I had to cancel. My appointment was at 11 AM and my lunch was scheduled for 12:30, which is when I left the office.
