Zen Studios is an eco-friendly studio and Eco-Chic boutique where clients come to have a profound health and wellness experience with their bodies. Our clients feel confident knowing all of our yoga teachers are at least RYT-200 or higher. With 25+ classes per week, ranging from prenatal to power to YogaWall, (the ONLY Great YogaWall in the Upstate!!!) Not to mention you can come fly with us in Antigravity(R) and meet us at the Xtend(R) barre! At Zen Studios you are sure to find what you are looking for regardless of your fitness background. In addition to wellness classes, Zen offers therapeutic massage, acupuncture and Reiki services. Zen Studios is a community that truly fosters and supports the overall mind-body connection.

As a yogi for over a decade, I can honestly say that Zen Studios is the most fantastic place I've practiced. It has become an extension of my family - the teachers and staff are experienced and kind. I appreciate the variety of classes and the trendy retail. Such an awesome environment. If you're looking for a yoga home, either as a newcomer or an old soul, you will love it.
