Although my appointment started off rough, it eventually worked itself out. When I called to make the appointment I informed the receptionist that I'm a returning customer but have a new number. So I updated it thinking all is well... my friend and I walk into our appointments to find out our massage therapist ended up sick and they tried contacting me all day. I asked what number they had on file and they still had used my old number. So our original schedule time was given to another lady that was waiting and they could fit us in, just an hour later and not with two female massage therapists. Although we were hesitant to have 1 boy/ 1 girl, it ended up still being a great massage. The lady that had my friend offered to stay late and Denex helped me feel more comfortable by talking with me. The receptionist that night helped us out and was willing to work with us. So I applaud them for fixing their mistake. I definitely will return but will stress to them my updated info and make sure they input that new information.
